							在說蜂鳴器驅動電路前,我(wo)們首先需要了解一(yi)下蜂鳴器的分(fen)類。
按(an)照發(fa)聲原理(li)的不(bu)同可以把(ba)蜂(feng)鳴器分為(wei)電(dian)(dian)磁式(shi)蜂(feng)鳴器和壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)式(shi)蜂(feng)鳴器。
按(an)照(zhao)驅(qu)動方(fang)式不同又可分為(wei)有源蜂鳴器(內含驅(qu)動線路(lu))和無源蜂鳴器(外部驅(qu)動)。
壓電(dian)式蜂鳴器使(shi)用的(de)是壓電(dian)材料的(de)壓電(dian)效應(ying)來發(fa)聲的(de)。壓電(dian)材料的(de)特性(xing)為當(dang)(dang)受到外力導(dao)致(zhi)其(qi)(qi)變(bian)形時(shi),會(hui)產生電(dian)荷,同(tong)樣的(de),當(dang)(dang)給(gei)壓電(dian)材料通電(dian)時(shi),也會(hui)使(shi)其(qi)(qi)變(bian)形。當(dang)(dang)壓電(dian)材料按照一定的(de)頻率變(bian)形,配合(he)特殊的(de)共振腔設計,即可發(fa)出聲音(yin)。
電(dian)磁式風蜂(feng)鳴器使用(yong)的是電(dian)磁感應現(xian)象(xiang),為音圈接(jie)入交(jiao)變電(dian)流(liu)后形(xing)成的電(dian)磁鐵(tie)與永磁鐵(tie)相吸或相斥而推動振(zhen)膜發聲。
不論(lun)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)還(huan)是壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)式蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)都包(bao)含有源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)和無(wu)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)。有源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和無(wu)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)這里(li)的“源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”不是指(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),而是指(zhi)震(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。也(ye)就是說,有源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部(bu)帶(dai)震(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),所(suo)以(yi)只要一(yi)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)就會叫。而無(wu)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)部(bu)不帶(dai)震(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),所(suo)以(yi)如果(guo)用直流(liu)信號(hao)無(wu)法令(ling)其鳴(ming)(ming)叫。必須用2K~5K的方(fang)波去驅動(dong)它。有源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)往(wang)往(wang)比(bi)無(wu)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的貴(gui),就是因為里(li)面(mian)多個震(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。
由于壓電(dian)式蜂(feng)(feng)鳴(ming)器和電(dian)磁式蜂(feng)(feng)鳴(ming)器的原理(li)不同,所以它們(men)的驅動電(dian)路也是不一樣的。
對于壓電式蜂(feng)鳴(ming)器(qi),由于其原理是利用壓電材料的壓電效應來發(fa)聲的,所以(yi)其只要通(tong)直流(有源蜂(feng)鳴(ming)器(qi))或(huo)者一(yi)定(ding)頻率(lv)的交流(無源蜂(feng)鳴(ming)器(qi))即可發(fa)聲,原理圖(tu)如下圖(tu)圖(tu)一(yi)所示:

MCU通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)三極(ji)管(guan)的通(tong)斷來給蜂鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)供電。如果是(shi)有源(yuan)蜂鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi),使三極(ji)管(guan)導通(tong)即(ji)可讓(rang)蜂鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)鳴(ming)(ming)叫(jiao);如果是(shi)無源(yuan)蜂鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi),需(xu)要MCU控(kong)制(zhi)三極(ji)管(guan)按照一(yi)定頻率(lv)通(tong)斷即(ji)可使蜂鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)鳴(ming)(ming)叫(jiao)。
對(dui)于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)磁式(shi)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi),由于(yu)(yu)使(shi)用的是(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)(gan)應(ying)原理,蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)相當(dang)于(yu)(yu)一(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)。如果是(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁式(shi)無源蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi),當(dang)三極管由導通變為(wei)關斷狀態時,蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)會產生(sheng)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢,對(dui)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)元器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)產生(sheng)沖擊(ji),嚴重(zhong)可能(neng)損(sun)壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)元器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian),所以需要在蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)上并聯一(yi)個(ge)反向二極管,進行續流(給感(gan)(gan)應(ying)電(dian)(dian)動勢一(yi)個(ge)釋放路徑),減弱對(dui)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)元器(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)的損(sun)害(hai),特別是(shi)對(dui)于(yu)(yu)無源的電(dian)(dian)磁式(shi)蜂(feng)鳴(ming)(ming)器(qi)(qi)。所以原理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)二所示:

對于有(you)源的電(dian)磁式蜂(feng)鳴器,因為不需要頻繁的開(kai)啟關(guan)斷三極管(guan),所以(yi)影響不大,既(ji)可(ke)以(yi)使用(yong)圖一驅動電(dian)路,也可(ke)以(yi)使用(yong)圖二驅動電(dian)路。
由于蜂鳴器(qi)是流控(kong)器(qi)件,所以需要使用三極管來作為開關管控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)通斷(duan)。使用NPN三極管或PNP三極管均(jun)可,不同的類型三極管,只是控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)其(qi)通斷(duan)的高低電平不同而已(yi)。
總的來說蜂鳴器的驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路還是比較(jiao)簡單(dan)的,只(zhi)需依照(zhao)不同的蜂鳴器原理來選(xuan)擇不同的驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路即可。
